We come to you. Every visit is in-home or on-site at your office — there is no drop-off counter and nothing gets shipped away. Your computer, data, and photos never leave your house.
How much does an in-home tech visit cost?
Most visits are a flat fee quoted before we start, not an hourly meter. Parts are quoted separately and approved by you first. Call (312) 599-0711 and describe the problem for a straight number.
How soon can someone come out?
Most appointments are booked same day or next day, with a real arrival window instead of an all-day block. Emergency business downtime is prioritized.
Do you serve businesses as well as homes?
